We would like to thank you and the engineers who fitted our heating system recently. We were impressed from the very beginning when you carried out a full heating assessment to determine our needs providing a comprehensive written report and complete explanation of the reasons for your advice.

When the heating engineers moved in we were just as impressed. They worked cheerfully and efficiently and we were grateful, especially in view of the wintry conditions at the time, that they took the trouble to make sure the system was able to provide heat each night even though it would mean they had to drain the whole system again the following morning.

The work was carried out with the minimum possible disruption to ourselves and they cleared up each night.

Completed Very Professionally

I wish to thank you and your team for your attention in fitting our new Vaillant boiler. The fitting was completed very professionally and within the time scheduled for the fitting. We are very pleased with the performance of the new boiler and the supplemental parts that you also fitted for us.

I would also like to thank you for sourcing and fitting a new programmer that was needed unexpectedly on the day of the fitting. The electrician went out of his way to collect the part for us to ensure that the job was completed on the same day.

Dear Mr Unwin,

Thank you for sending someone to repair the ceiling and the floor. It was greatly appreciated and I have written our recommendation below.

RS Heating have satisfactorily serviced our boiler in both our previous and present home for over 15 years, so after our present boiler developed a fault , (which they repaired) we decided to replace it for one that was more efficient and economical, and had no hesitation in letting them replace it.

Mr Unwin advised which would be our best option and explained why. Our new boiler was fitted a week later by his team who completed the work within 3 days. We were very pleased with both the job and the team and would gladly recommend them.

A Great Job

Having recently retired and 'down-sized', we decided to upgrade the 30-year-old central heating system, with a view to changing the boiler and adding a radiator to the system.

Having contacted R.S. Heating, a local and long-established company, we found the response from Mr. Unwin was prompt and his advice invaluable.

It was found that we had an outmoded 'single-pipe' system, which needed completely re-piping. Mr. Unwin drew up plans for the complete system needed, which included the appropriate modern boiler, together with digital thermostat.

In spite of the extensive work needed, the engineers (Lee and Joe) and electrician (Darren) completed the whole project in just four days. They were very professional, made it all very easy for us, and were a pleasure to have on site. Mr. Unwin also came and inspected the system on completion, making sure everything was in order.

Our new heating system reacts much more efficiently and effectively than the one we were used to. It only needs to be on for much shorter periods than before for the house to be much warmer than before. We are sure the benefit will be felt when winter comes, both in fuel usage and comfort.
