Thanks and Appreciation

Dear Mr. Unwin,

My wife and I would like to place on record our thanks and appreciation for the prompt and efficient manner in which our Boiler was recently replaced.

Everything went as promised, despite a manufacturing defect on a new programmer, which was also dealt with quickly by yourself… Both Joe and Alex were professional and friendly at all times and answered all our questions knowledgeably and with admirable patience.

We have been customers for a good number of years and hope to remain so for many years to come. Once again, many thanks to all concerned.
